MIFA will run IELTS on Computer test sessions in Bamenda on 12, 19 and 26 August 2026. As an official British Council IELTS Registration Centre, MIFA registers candidates for the test and hosts computer-delivered sessions at its centre on Commercial Avenue, Bamenda.
The three dates give candidates a choice within the month, whether you are taking IELTS Academic for study or IELTS General Training for work and migration. Secure your preferred test date early.

All three sessions are delivered on computer. Listening, Reading and Writing are completed on the same day with no breaks between sections. The Speaking test remains a face-to-face interview with an examiner, scheduled within a week before or after your test day.
Which test should you take?
IELTS Academic is for undergraduate or postgraduate study and professional registration in an English-speaking environment. IELTS General Training is for school-level study, work experience and migration. If you need IELTS for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), contact MIFA to confirm current availability in Bamenda before you book.
